WORKPLACE VIOLENCE INCIDENT REPORTING PROCEDURE York Employment Services, Inc. will implement the following effective procedures to ensure that: • All threats or acts of workplace violence are reported to an employee’s supervisor or manager, who will inform the WVPP administrator. This will be accomplished by engaging in interactive process. If that's not possible, employees will report incidents directly to the WVPP administrator, Dawn Mangold, Branch Manager or Danell Salerno, HR Manager. Employees can report incidents to their supervisor, HR, or through an anonymous hotline. o Workplace Violence Reporting Hotline: ansr.me/t73Gj A strict non-retaliation policy is in place, and any instances of retaliation are dealt with swiftly and decisively.
